Arrival, ZTL & Parking

Yes, we are located in the heart of the historic centre, within the ZTL restricted traffic area. The property is however accessible by car for loading/unloading luggage during the following hours:

  • Weekdays: from 06:00 to 20:30
  • Public holidays: from 06:00 to 11:00
We recommend always checking the signage at the ZTL entrance, as hours may be temporarily changed due to local events or municipal requirements.

Just a short walk from the property, there are excellent free and paid parking options:

  • Santa Lucia Car Park (Free): located approximately 450 metres away.
  • Ex-Seminario Car Park (Paid): very close, just 150 metres away.
    • ⚠ Closed on Tuesdays from 06:00 to 14:00 for the weekly street market.
Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00. To speed things up, you can conveniently complete your online check-in before arrival.
  • Check-out: by 11:00.

Comfort & Amenities

Yes! For the winter months, the apartment has a brand-new independent heating system. For summer, the living area is cooled by a high-performance portable air conditioner with low noise emissions.

As the building is protected by heritage and environmental conservation regulations in the heart of Gubbio, external units cannot be installed. However, the solution in place ensures freshness and excellent comfort throughout the apartment.

Yes, we offer ultrafast fibre optic Wi-Fi (up to 1.0 Gbps), completely free of charge and ideal even for remote working.

The apartment is handed over fully cleaned and sanitised, and includes:

  • Linen: bed sheets, blankets and a set of 3 towels per person. Towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen every 6 days. Extra changes available on request at € 20.00.
  • Bathroom: welcome kit with soap, shower gel and shampoo; hair dryer.
  • Kitchen: induction hob (4 burners), fridge, cookware, tableware for 4 people, pod espresso coffee machine and cleaning products.
  • Extras: washing machine, steam iron and 32-inch Smart TV.
House Rules & Pets

To ensure the comfort of everyone, the following are not permitted inside the apartment:

  • Smoking
  • Organising parties or events
  • Hosting guests not registered in the booking

We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours during 13:00–16:00 and 22:00–08:00.

As a general rule, we do not accept pets. However, we are happy to consider exceptions for special circumstances — please call us before booking so we can discuss it together.

Location & Transport

The location is perfectly central. You will be just a few steps on foot from Palazzo dei Consoli, Piazza Grande, the Cathedral, Palazzo Ducale and the Cable Car, surrounded by the best restaurants and historic shops of Gubbio.

The terminal is approximately 400–500 metres away, easily reachable on foot or via the free shuttle bus that stops just 20 metres from our entrance.

The shuttle runs every 15–30 minutes and connects the key points of the city: Piazza 40 Martiri, the Roman Theatre and Piazza Grande.
